I don't know if it's the pan or the recipe, but everytime I've made shortbread in this pan I get rave reviews. The shortbread pops out easy, and cleanup is easy too. I really like this pan.

The pan is a 9 inch by 9 inch cast aluminum with easy to clean non-stick surface. This pan is durable and easy to use and the cast aluminum distributes heat evenly. The recipe is included to make decorative shortbread with snowflakes. Proudly made in the USA by Nordic Ware.Winter cheer abounds with this lovely snowflake pan by NordicWare.
