After much research I purchased this item at my local Bed, Bath and Beyond. It advertises that it can be used on glass-top stove. I have a GE Profile glass-top stove. I even have a bridge burner in between the front and back burner so the heat is distributed evenly and the very first time I used it, it warped. :-( I will keep searching.
