Customer Review: Perfect giant cupcake

I love this pan. I made my daughter's first birthday cake with it. I did a practice cake and a regular cake and both came out perfect.
Things to note:
1. Use either Baker's Joy spray or Pam for Baking to really spray the pan. I used Baker's joy and the thing popped right out, no problems. But I sprayed liberally!
2. Bake according to the directions on the pan packaging.
3. Set a cookie sheet underneath the pan while baking. The first time I used it, I filled the base too full and it over flowed. I used one cake mix and I made this cake and six cupcakes.
My first cake did lean a little to the side when frosted, because it is a little top heavy. I fixed this by making a candy cupcake liner with Wilton candy melts. I used the base part of the cake pan as a candy mold. It made a hard shelled "liner". Then cut the cake base to fit inside the candy liner, and presto!
