Customer Review: Best sheet pan I've ever owned!

Wow, what a great sheet pan! Better quality than I've found in any retail store and even better than our local restaurant supply store. Very thick & sturdy, I don't expect this one to ever do the twist-corner-warp like a cheaper sheet pan does when placed into a hot oven. We use this quarter sheet pan every day for broiling english muffins and it has held up extremely well to that intense heat. After months of usage, the pan still looks brand new and it doesn't have any of the gooey sticky spots that are common with non-stick coated pans. We haven't used the lid yet but it is extremely high quality as well and fits very securely on the pan.
We love this product and will immediately turn to Nordic Ware the next time we need another sheet pan. Highly recommended!
