I recently ordered two sets of Nordicware Rosette irons for my 2 daughters-in-laws. I have a set that has served me well for over 35 years and thought that they would have fun with this holiday tradition in their own homes. Both were delighted as well as my two sons and the grandkids. I would like to commend Nordicware for maintaining the quality in their bakeware and would recommend this product to anyone who wants a fun,traditional and relatively easy, though time comsuming christmas cookie that brings joy to all.

Making rosettes is fun and easy (plus, it's a nice change from baking): Simply attach a cast-aluminum mold to the long-handled iron and heat it in hot oil, then dip the mold into batter and return to the oil to deep-fry a crispy treat.
